I learnt a new chapter in my life today ..that is
Panner Butter Masala, also famously known as PBM
Its a very easy subzi to cook (provided your mom is standing next to you :) )
All you need is 2 normal sized onions's paste
Tomatoe paste (again 4 normal sized )
Garlic and chiili paste to add that extra spice (in the dish ;) only)
Mix all of this till you think you are wasting your eneergy by stirring the sppon in the kadai (that shud be abt 15 min)
Add salt and most important paneer peices ...
Ta-da..... Panner Butter Masala is ready ......

P.S.: This recipe is purely coincidental and does not bear any resemblance to Tarla Dalal or Sanjeev Kapoor :)
